The final step of our product fulfillment service is critical to the success of your online sales and repeat business. Our shipping partners work closely with us to ensure timely delivery at the best possible price. Deciding which shipping carrier to use by comparing their services and costs is both time-consuming and confusing, especially when your partner in fulfillment outsourcing builds a fee into the carriers’ charges. We’ve tried to take the mystery out of your shipping decisions. Your shipping expenses are identical to the book rates that you would normally pay if you shipped yourself, without any added surcharge from us.

Shipping Partners
Our #1 priority is to promptly send your merchandise out the door and into the hands of waiting customers. We’re flexible in our choice of carriers, while we continue to rely on our four valued shipping partners:
Shipping & Fulfillment Center Location
Our pick-and-pack fulfillment centers, situated in North Dallas, is
next door to the FedEx shipping facility and the US Postal Service
shipping facility. Our location in Dallas provides convenient access for
all our shipping partners. With daily pickups and deliveries to our
facilities, we will always be able to find a carrier for your
shipments.
Being located in North Texas provides convenient (and cheaper)
shipping all over the united states. Our centralized location allows
you to take advance of reduced freight-in and shipping charges. You
pass the lower prices off to your customers or operate your shipping
as a profit center.
Global Destinations
We ship to all cities and countries. Period. Worldwide service
means worldwide service. We can ship worldwide to destinations
serviced by USPS, DHL and UPS. If you destination is not serviced by
the major carriers, we will provide you shipping through our many
worldwide shipping companies. Either way, for international
shipping, we will provide you with quotes through both channels to
insure you receive the best price. We will also provide an Export Declaration Form or a copy of your Export Commercial Invoice, depending on customs’ requirements. Your customers pay any required duties upon delivery. Most of our clients use
DHL International for packages going to worldwide locations.
Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer all of the major DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS delivery methods. To estimate your shipping costs from our

on "get a quote" and use the zip code 75001 as the “ship from” location.
Keep in mind that DHL and UPS ground is not available for PO, APO, Alaska and Hawaii shipments.
You will need to use USPS for these shipments.
Because of our shipping volume, we now offer a 10-20% discount on DHL ground or express shipping with no minimum ship volume requirement.
You will receive this discounted price automatically whenever
you ship using DHL. We recommend using DHL for all your shipping
requirements.
Tips for Affordable Shipping
This method can save a lot on
shipping charges, however, it is only recommended for shipments
not requiring tracking or confirmation.
Shipping On Time
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Exceptions may include the busy Christmas shipping season and the Tuesday after a 3-day weekend.
All shipments will be shipped from our Addison, Texas, 75001fillment center.
Shipping Confirmations
We’ll e-mail an order confirmation to you. We will also e-mail a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number
when your order ships.
Shipping Backorders
If an order contains an out-of-stock item, the order is marked as backordered and held until the missing merchandise arrives at our advanced fulfillment center. Backordered quantities appear as a negative number in our inventory
report. We can ship partial shipments easily with a phone call or
email.
Transit Damage/Lost Shipments
Your DHL and UPS shipments have an automatic $60 damage or loss insurance coverage built into their standard rates, and you can request additional transit UPS, DHL and USPS insurance in your ship instructions to us. Compensation is limited to the cost of merchandise and does not include loss of business, or for incidental or consequential damages.
C.O.D. Collections
We can collect your COD amounts for you via DHL ground or air delivery, subject to a
$3.00 surcharge plus DHL or UPS collection fees. Include your C.O.D. request and the amount to be collected in your shipping instructions.
Extra UPS, DHL or USPS Insurance
To add insurance, simply enter the additional amount in your
shipping instructions to us. There is no extra fulfillment fee for additional package insurance, and the carrier’s insurance fee is automatically added to your shipping cost.
Shipping Your Merchandise to Us
We can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars on this cost, alone.
Simply let us know when your freight is ready to be picked up. We
will arrange for pickup using our freight carrier and you will
automatically receive our volume-based discount of up to 70%. We will bill you for our cost, plus a 10% mark-up, on the Monday following delivery. We’re pleased to pass along substantial savings to our clients when they use our preferred, in-bound shipping partner.
Shipping Packaging
Our free standard packaging includes JiffyLite mailers or 200# boxes filled with bubble wrap or Kraft paper, as needed. For breakable or uniquely-shaped items, we use foam or other qualified packaging as needed. Ship your special, pre-printed, or gift packaging to us with your merchandise, or order reasonably-priced special packaging materials online from www.uline.com and have it shipped directly to us. They offer next day delivery. Or, we’re happy to purchase special packaging materials for you.
